Your photos are personal. Here’s how we treat them.

This page sets out how we intend to handle photos and personal information. It is a working draft written in plain English and is being reviewed before online ordering opens. It isn’t legal advice, and we don’t make guarantees about absolute security — no service can.

What we collect

  • The photos you upload for magnets.
  • Your email address, so we can save your project and confirm your order.
  • Delivery details for orders that get posted.
  • Basic order and event information needed to produce your magnets.
  • Anything you choose to tell us through the contact form.

How your photos are stored

Customer and event photos are held as private files, not as public images on this website. Access is restricted to what’s needed to produce your order, and we keep your original file separate from the crops and adjustments you make so nothing is lost or overwritten.

How long we keep them

We keep photos only as long as we need them, then delete them. Our intended defaults:

  • Projects that are started but never ordered: deleted after a short window.
  • Completed orders: deleted a set period after your order has been fulfilled.
  • Hosted event photos: deleted a set period after the event.

Exact periods will be confirmed on this page before ordering opens, and we plan to warn you by email before anything of yours is deleted. After deletion we keep only basic records — order numbers and dates — not your images.

Event photos

At a hosted event, photos submitted by guests are used to produce magnets for that event. Where the host has chosen an option that gives them digital copies, guests are told at the point of submission and can choose to exclude a photo.

Using your photos to promote TAGO

We don’t publish customer or guest photos in our marketing without asking you first. If we’d love to share something, we’ll ask, and no is a perfectly fine answer.

Marketing emails

Giving us your email so a project or order can be handled is not the same as signing up for marketing. Marketing is always a separate, optional choice, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Service providers

We use third-party services to host the site, store files, process payments and send email. They only handle what they need to in order to provide that service.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete your photos and account information. Contact us and we’ll take care of it.
