About us

TAGO Photo makes photo magnets from pictures supplied by customers, and provides live magnet-making at weddings and events. This website is at tagophoto.com.

Using this website

Use the site for its intended purpose. Don’t attempt to disrupt it, access other people’s projects or event pages, or copy the site’s content and branding for your own use.

The photos you upload

You keep ownership of your photos. By uploading them you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to store, edit as you direct, and print them for the purpose of producing your order.

Please don’t upload anything unlawful, or images of other people used in a way they wouldn’t agree to. We may decline to print material we consider unlawful or offensive.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is complete and we’ve acknowledged it. Because every magnet is made from your own photos, orders move into production quickly — see the Returns page for how problems are handled.

Product options, quantities and prices will be shown clearly before you pay. Nothing is charged without you seeing the total first.

Colour and appearance

Screens vary. Printed colours can differ slightly from how a photo looks on your phone, and small variations between print runs are normal.

Events

Event bookings are arranged individually and confirmed in writing with the host. The specifics — timings, what’s included and what’s expected from the venue — are set out in that booking rather than on this page.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and service running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available without interruption.

Changes

These terms will be updated as the service develops, and particularly before online ordering opens. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
